Annie focuses her practice on the representation of individuals and businesses who have suffered insured residential and commercial property losses during the investigation of the insurance claim and in litigation when coverage has been wrongfully denied by the insurance company. Her practice also includes the pursuit of claims against negligent insurance agents and other responsible parties. Annie regularly consults insureds, public adjusters, agents and other attorneys regarding coverage and damage-related issues arising out of property-related insurance matters.

Annie obtained her B.A. in Political Science and in Communications – Public Relations from Michigan State University and her J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law. She joined Melamed, Levitt, Milanowski & Earls, P.C. as an Associate in 2014, and became a Partner in 2017. She is admitted to practice in Michigan state courts and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan. She is also an approved general civil mediator in Michigan and serves as a council member for the Insurance & Indemnity Law Section of the Michigan State Bar.

Annie has been named a Michigan Super Lawyers “Rising Star” in insurance law for 2021. This recognition, based on peer nomination, is achieved by no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in Michigan. In addition, Annie has been named as one of Michigan Lawyers Weekly “Up & Coming Lawyers” for 2021.
